1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut  

8-10 large pitted medjool dates 

1 cup roasted almonds 

1 cup roasted cashews  

1/3 cup almond butter  

1 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS

1. Place all your ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined! You want everything to stick together - add more dates or a couple tbsp of milk if it’s crumbly!

3. Press your almond coconut mix into the lined baking dish and place in the fridge to firm for 30 minutes!
