INGREDIENTS
Granola Mix:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup flakey coconut
- ½ cup cashews
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
Cinnamon Maple Coating:
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup 100% maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
