  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped

Creamy Avocado-Mushroom Dressing

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp 4 Mushroom Blend 
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ tsp raw honey
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ⅓ cup cilantro, packed
  • ⅓ cup water

How to Make It:

  • Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble all bowl ingredients in a large bowl or plate.
  • Drizzle generously with your creamy adaptogenic dressing.
