INGREDIENTS
Recipe
2 cups arugula (packed)
1 cup cannellini beans, cooked & rinsed
1 nectarine, ripe, sliced
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp feta cheese
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
½ tsp maple syrup
½ tsp Eversio Wellness 6MB (Rejuvenate Blend)
½ tsp dijon mustard
⅛ tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
Combine all dressing ingredients into a small bowl and mix well. Assemble all salad ingredients and top with dressing. Voila! Enjoy!
