Every once in a while, we all need a bowl of happiness and joy. Try this mood boosting combo featuring the vibrant dragon fruit & nootropics!

To ensure you have the right nutrients to support a healthy mood, add ingredients like:

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients

- 1 cup dragon fruit (frozen cubes)

- ½ cup strawberries

- 1 kiwi (sliced)

- ½ avocado

- ½ cup vanilla coconut yogurt

- 1 cup sprouts

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

½ tsp 3 Mushroom (Awaken) blend by @eversiowellness

- 2 brazil nuts (chopped)

- 1 tbsp shredded coconut, unsulfured

 

Smoothie Bowl Directions
