INGREDIENTS

You’ll only need 4 simple ingredients for this plant-based treat:

1 can full-fat coconut milk is your rich and creamy base. Make sure it’s full-fat for the best mousse texture.

1 cup dark chocolate chips – Go for good quality dairy-free chocolate if you keep it vegan.

1 tsp sea salt – Just enough to enhance the chocolate and balance the sweetness.

DIRECTIONS

Melt it down
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the full can of coconut milk until it’s fully liquid and steaming (not boiling).
