Our Commitment to You

At Eversio Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your mushroom purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

Returns made within 0-30 Days (Unopened):

  • Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
  • Please contact hello@eversiowellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed, and funds will be credited to your original payment method.

Returns made within 31-90 Days (Unopened) 

  • Unopened products purchased within 31-90 days are eligible for a refund. Shipping, handling and any additional fees will be at your own expense.
  • Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return in advance of shipment. They will provide the return address for your product.
  • Carefully package the product(s) and include a note in the box detailing your order number and full name.
  • It is important to provide us with your tracking information once the product has shipped, so that we can be on the lookout for your product return.
  • Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, we will process your return as quickly as possible.

Over 90 Days

  • Returns after 90 days from the purchase date are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Should your product arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days at hello@eversiowellness.com.
  • Provide the lot number along with details of the issue and photos, if possible.
  • If the product is deemed damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
  • Important: While we strive to assist with all damaged or defective items, claims made after 30 days of receipt may be subject to additional fees for replacement.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our offices, we'll carefully inspect it. You'll receive an email letting you know we've received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

Once approved, we'll process it right away. You can expect to see the credit back on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, it can take longer to see funds back in your account. If this is the case, here are a few things to check:

  • Double-check your bank account: Refunds sometimes take a little time to show up.
  • Contact your bank: There might be a processing delay, especially after weekends or holidays.

Amazon Orders

For issues with Eversio Wellness products purchased on Amazon (damaged items, incorrect product, etc.), please contact Amazon customer support directly.

Purchases from our Retail Partners

Returns for purchases made at our retail partners are subject to their individual store policies. Please contact the store directly for any return inquiries.
