Mushroom and Peppermint Mocha

BALANCE Peppermint Mocha

Recipe makes ONE serving - liquid amounts vary depending on your cup/mug size! 

Vegan + Gluten-Free 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice 
  • 1-2 tbsp finely chopped dark chocolate 
  • ½ cup strong coffee or 2 shots espresso 
  • 1-2 tbsp crushed candy canes or peppermint candies 
  • ½ tsp Eversio Wellness BALANCE 4 Mushroom Blend

DIRECTIONS 

  • Brew coffee
  • In a small saucepan, heat ¼ cup milk with chopped chocolate + candy canes
  • Whisk until everything is melted + smooth. Do not boil. 
  • Froth the remaining milk

Add chocolate milk mixture to cup followed by coffee. Top with frothed milk + garnish with more chopped chocolate + candy canes. Coco whip is also a delicious addition! Enjoy!
