It's a nourishing treat that keeps you satisfied and energized, packed with protein, spiced with cinnamon, and balanced with a dash of sea salt.

For the ultimate thick and creamy texture, start with just a splash of water or milk, adding more gradually until you reach the perfect consistency. SMOOTHIE BOWL INGREDIENTS

½ cup frozen strawberries  
½ cup frozen pineapple
⅓ cup coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
1 tsp Eversio 3MB (Awaken Blend)
1 tbsp organic raw cacao powder  
1 scoop protein powder 
2 tsp cinnamon  
Dash of sea salt 

Start with 1/4 - 1/2 cup water  (this amount is what keeps the smoothie thick and creamy! You may need to add more water/milk little by little depending on your blender)

TOPPINGS

Banana
Granola
Hemp seeds 
Or any fresh fruit, nuts & seeds you desire! 

Blend all your ingredients in a blender! To keep the smoothie thick and creamy, add water or milk little by little to keep it from getting too runny! You can also add frozen bananas to help get a thick consistency! Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, or seeds! We used bananas, homemade granola, hemp seeds, and dried rose petals for a beautiful touch!
