DIRECTIONS

Mix the Dry Ingredients
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and Eversio Mushroom Blend in a large bowl. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed.

Prepare the Wet Ingredients
Add the nut butter, molasses, and honey (or maple syrup) in a separate bowl. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.

Combine Wet and Dry
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a uniform dough forms. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Prepare the Chocolate Coating
While the dough chills, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

Shape and Dip
Roll the chilled dough into small, bite-sized balls. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, ensuring it’s completely coated. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray.

Set and Serve
Refrigerate or freeze the truffles for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to harden. Once set, they’re ready to enjoy!

Storage Tips
Store your truffles in an airtight container in the freezer. They’ll stay fresh for weeks, making them a great make-ahead option for the busy holiday season.
