As we transition into September and the final days of summer, there's no better way to soak in the warmth than with a refreshing, homemade treat. These Coconut Fudgesicles offer the perfect blend of creamy coconut, rich cacao, and a hint of sweetness, making them the ideal dessert to enjoy during these sun-filled afternoons. Plus, with a boost from Eversio’s 4 Mushroom Extract Blend, they provide both indulgence and a healthful twist. Make the most of the lingering warmth before autumn settles in!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can full-fat coconut cream
  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup raw cacao
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Eversio Wellness 4 Mushroom Blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or whisk together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 3-5 hours.
  3. If you don’t have popsicle molds, pour the mixture into a narrow baking dish to create ice cream.
  4. Freeze for 5-8 hours.
