INGREDIENTS
- 1 can full-fat coconut cream
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup raw cacao
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp Eversio Wellness 4 Mushroom Blend
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or whisk together until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 3-5 hours.
