This Fall Harvest Salad is the perfect seasonal go-to when it's time to refresh and re-energize! Loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients, it brings together the natural support of cruciferous and bitter veggies, the cleansing zing of lemon, and the fiber-rich sweetness of apples and cranberries. The blend brings a taste of fall to your plate and serves up a satisfying balance of flavors and textures.

DRESSING INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice + ½ tsp zest
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Eversio Wellness 4MB (Balance Blend)
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp sea salt
SALAD INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup brussels sprouts, shaved
- 4 cups baby arugula
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1 cup cranberries, unsulfured and juice-sweetened
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup goat feta (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- In a lidded jar, combine all dressing ingredients. Shake well until emulsified and smooth.
- In a large bowl, sprinkle a pinch of salt over the shaved brussels sprouts and massage to soften.
- Add arugula, apple slices, cranberries, and pecans to the bowl, then toss with the dressing. Add crumbled goat cheese on top, if desired. Serve and savor the season!
