INGREDIENTS
Salad:
- 1 cup kale, thinly sliced
- 1 cup green cabbage, shaved or very thinly sliced
- 3 slices red onion

How to Make It
In a large bowl, add the cabbage and kale. Sprinkle with sea salt and massage gently to soften.
