INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup almond milk or milk or choice
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger
- ½ tsp BALANCE 4 Mushroom Blend
- Pinch sea salt + peper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch grated fresh nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- Heat almond milk
- In a cup, add all ingredients
- Pour hot almond milk over spice mixture and stir well with a whisk
