Your hummus recipe just got an epic makeover - try adding these powerful ingredients to level up your cell protecting antioxidants!
A delicious twist on traditional hummus with the addition of:
• Onions & garlic - to boost minerals like chromium & support healthy gut microflora with prebiotics.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chickpeas (cooked & rinsed)
1 Tbsp avocado oil
½ small onion, sliced
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1.5 cups flat leaf parsley, chopped
½ cup tahini, mixed well
3 Tbsp lemon juice + ½ tsp zest
2 Tbsp water
¾ tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp Eversio Wellness 6 Mushroom blend powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Saute onions over low heat in avocado oil with a sprinkle of salt until light brown, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
2. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to stop the blender or food processor 1-2 times to scrape down the edges. Add another Tbsp of water if needed. Makes 2.5 cups.
