Zesty Cabbage and Apple Slaw with 4MB
INGREDIENTS
  •  3 tbsp mayo (olive oil mayo was used in this recipe)
  • ½ lemon (medium, juiced, zested)
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Eversio Wellness 4 Mushroom Blend
  • 3 cups purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 green apple, shredded
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  •  3 tbsp mayo (olive oil mayo was used in this recipe)
  • ½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together the mayo, mustard, honey, lemon juice & zest, mushroom powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cabbage, carrot, apple, and cranberries to the bowl.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator to allow flavors to develop further.
