These No-Bake Almond Granola Bars check all the boxes: naturally sweetened, protein-packed, and boosted with adaptogenic goodness from the Eversio 6 Mushroom Blend.

You can adjust the ingredients according to what you have in your pantry, and there’s no baking required—just a food processor, a pan, and a freezer. INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 2 cups pitted dates
- ½ cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 1 tsp Eversio 6 Mushroom Blend
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt

DIRECTIONS
Roast Your Almonds
If your almonds aren’t pre-roasted, pop them in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for 10 minutes. Let them cool before moving on.
Blend It Up
In a food processor, pulse the cooled almonds until they’re chopped but still have some texture. Add the dates, almond butter, Eversio mushroom blend, protein powder, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, and sea salt. Pulse until everything forms a sticky, uniform dough. If it’s too dry, add an extra date or a drizzle more maple syrup/honey.
Set and Slice
Line a rectangle baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture down firmly and evenly. Place it in the freezer for about 40 minutes. Once firm, slice into bars and store in the fridge or freezer for the perfect grab-and-go snack.
Storage Tips
Keep your bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
